 MORE INFORMATION COMING SOON! Eat Healthier! - Avoid cow's milk! Instead use rice or cashew milk. These types of milk most closely match human milk. Cow's milk and soy milk are very similar to one another. Human bodies actually have a lot of difficulty breaking down and digesting dairy and soy milk. And many people have sensitivities to them without even knowing it.
- Avoid artificial sweeteners, particularly asparatame! The body was designed to digest and use plant sources - not chemically altered or man-made chemicals. If you use sweeteners, use real sugar, honey or other natural sweeteners.
- Avoid artificial colors! Again, the body was designed to digest and use ingredients found in nature. Some studies have linked Caramel color, Red dye #40 and Yellow #6 to cancers and neurological disorders, including hyperactivity.
- Avoid MSG!
- Eat All-Natural, Organic, Free-Range!
- Reduce or Avoid Wheat Gluten! Wheat Gluten has been found to be a common seizure trigger for some people.

Stay Hydrated! The brain is 91% water! It is imperative that your child drink plain water -purified or steam distilled are best. - Do not flavor the water - most flavorings are either sugar or artificial sweeteners. Either one turns the water into glucose which is not the same as water.
- Caffeine causes the body to expel the water faster before it can be used properly by the body. Tea and sodas do not count for water.
Plain, pure clear water is the only thing that properly keeps the body hydrated!
